Eventos Check-in
Speed up event check-in
Electronic check-in streamlines participant registration at events and provides real-time visibility into attendee numbers.
Share and scan codes with ease
Electronic check-in is powered by QR code scanning and requires only a standard mobile phone or a QR scanner connected to a computer.
QR codes can be easily delivered via email or SMS. For the best participant experience, use the Eventos App event application, where personal badges or tickets are conveniently available directly in the app.

Personalized name badges
If printed name badges are required for the event, badge printing can be integrated into the QR scanning process. Name badges can also be pre-printed, with the QR codes scanned when the badges are distributed.
In addition to event check-in, a name badge containing a QR code can serve as a personal identifier at session room entrances and catering stations if the QR code includes individual access rights, such as meals.
How does it work?
1. Share tickets & name badges
Badge and ticket distribution can be done digitally, via the Eventos App event application and/or in printed form.
Tarjoiluliput voidaan liittää QR-koodiin tai toimittaa sähköisinä lippuina Eventos App-sovellukseen.
2. Scan QR codes
In addition to check-in, participant movements can also be tracked, for example, using session room scans.
You can manage the check-in service yourself or rent equipment and support staff from us for your event.
3. Review reports
After the event, you can view clear analytics on attendees, visitor numbers, and arrival times.
You can use the data for post-marketing and planning your next event.
4. Send certificates
Attendees can be sent certificates of participation after the event.
Additional scanning devices
We offer an electronic check-in service as an add-on to Eventos. Customers can use their own devices or rent them from us. We also provide a full-service option that includes all necessary equipment and on-site technical support. The check-in service can additionally be implemented using participant data collected from other systems, provided it is delivered to us electronically in advance.
