This accessibility statement applies to the Eventos event management system.
The accessibility of the service has been assessed through self-evaluation
Accessibility status of the digital service
This digital service partially meets the requirements of the Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019).
The following parts of the service mainly comply with the WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements:
- event websites
- forms
- program embeds
- exhibitor embeds
- presenter embeds
Non-accessible content
The service may have the following accessibility issues:
1. User-defined colors
In some parts of the service, customers can define the colors used themselves (for example, event website themes).
In these cases, color contrasts may not meet WCAG 2.1 AA requirements.
Responsibility for sufficient contrast lies with the user who defines the colors.
2. Content produced in other systems
The event website may contain content imported from other systems, and any accessibility issues originate from the original system.
3. General issues
The service may have individual issues, for example:
- keyboard accessibility
- screen reader compatibility
- ARIA labels
These are continuously being improved.

The accessibility has been evaluated:
- through self-assessment during development
- through technical checks (e.g. contrast and semantic structure)
