Effective communication is the cornerstone of a great participant experience. Messaging plays an important role before, during, and after the event.
Connect with participants directly in the app
Start active communication in the Eventos App and include a personal app link in the registration- or ticket purchase form's confirmation message.
You now have a direct connection to the participant’s mobile device, which you can use to communicate information about the upcoming event and increase the visibility of messages with alerts, i.e. notifications.
Push notifications and alerts are especially effective for
- Building anticipation and increasing interest before the event
- During the event, welcome messages, reminders about program sessions, and prompts to provide feedback work well. Alerts about networking opportunities and active participation during the program are also highly effective.
