Feedback surveys created in Eventos feature versatile and modern response types. The popular NPS scale enables easy comparison across events, while emojis, rating scales as well as sliders make responding quick and engaging. Surveys can be sent via email or SMS, or published in the event app. Responses are compiled into real-time reports that can be easily exported to Excel or PowerPoint.

Real-time feedback directly in the app
In the event app, participants can rate each session from 1 to 5 stars and leave free-text comments. All ratings and comments appear in the management dashboard in real time, and Eventos automatically calculates averages so you can instantly see what works and where there is room for improvement.
