With Eventos, you can collect feedback for each programme item separately. The audience gives feedback directly in the event app, eliminating the need for separate surveys.
Tools for programme planning
Eventos also provides support for event programme planning. Organizers can collect programme proposals and evaluate them, for example within a programme committee, using the easy-to-use Eventos Planner portal. Approved proposals are automatically transferred to Eventos’ programme tool, where schedules and session rooms can be assigned.
Eventos also supports scientific conferences
Eventos includes abstract management as well as an electronic ePosterWall service and display screens for scientific and academic conferences, seminars, and workshops.
In addition, Eventos Planner enables abstract collection (call for papers). The review process can be conducted anonymously, and evaluation criteria can be defined for each event.
Collect poster materials in digital format and present them using Eventos’ ePosterWall software in the Eventos App and on screens at the event venue. For displaying posters on-site, we recommend touchscreen displays, which we also rent for event use.
