Can I sell tickets to my event with Eventos?
With Eventos, you can set up a ticket shop and deliver tickets electronically via email or to Google and Applen Wallet If you are using the Eventos App, you can also add tickets to the participant’s event app.
Can I send emails through Eventos?
With Eventos, you can send emails as well as SMS. Emails can be formatted as stylish HTML messages, and you can add “dynamic” content using placeholder functionality. If there are several hundred email recipients, the functionality of the emails should be tested in advance.
Can I collect abstracts in Eventos?
Yes, you can. With the Eventos Planner service , you can collect abstract submissions for scientific events as well as programme proposals for events where content is created by multiple different communities. The Planner also includes evaluation, communication, and scheduling services, as well as data transfer to Eventos.
I am organising an annual general meeting where voting will take place. Can Eventos help?
Yes, it can. We have been involved in numerous official meetings as the platform provider, where customers can use electronic voting only or also distribute meeting materials through our platform.
In addition, Eventos can be used to collect registrations and proxies. The electronic voting system supports different voting weights, and voting takes place on participants’ own mobile devices. We can also provide on-site support at the meeting venue.
I’m organising a staff event. Can Eventos help me?
Eventos offers a variety of features for organising staff events and holiday parties. In addition to collecting registrations, the Eventos App serves as an effective communication channel and helps build anticipation before the event.
Guest arrival is smooth and efficient with Eventos QR code scanning , and catering vouchers (food and drinks) can be linked to the QR code or added to the Eventos App as electronic mobile vouchers. In addition, our event games can be used to engage attendees and distribute prizes.
Can Eventos provide an event calendar?
Eventos provides a ready-made event calendarthat you can add to your own website or to an Eventos event page. If you already have an event calendar as part of your website and it has been implemented within your website’s content management system, event information can be delivered from Eventos to that calendar.
In both cases, events can be assigned search filters, making it easy to find relevant and interesting events within the event calendar.
How much does Eventos cost?
The price of Eventos depends on the scope of use. Eventos can be used for a single event or through a recurring monthly license. Pricing for individual event projects starts at around one thousand euros, and monthly licenses start from a few hundred euros.
Is the Eventos App a downloadable application?
Eventos App runs in a web browser and can be installed on a mobile device. It is built using Progressive Web App (PWA) technology, which means it does not need to be published in an app store.
The advantage of a PWA is that it can be opened on a desktop, making it easy to publish, for example, virtual and hybrid events.
What integrations are available?
Eventos provides a variety of integrations, and we are continuously expanding them based on customer demand.
We have implemented integrations with systems such as SalesForce and Microsoft Business Central. Hubspot and Procountorintegrations are our most recently released.
Additionally Paytrailand Stripehave been in use for a long time.
We also offer Rest APIand Webhookservices to transfer data to other services.
We are currently developing an integration with the WordPresscontent management system and will release it in spring 2026.
