Organize exhibitions more efficiently with Eventos

Move trade fair sales and exhibitor data management online

Sales and management of trade fair events have traditionally been handled manually, involving a large number of phone calls, emails, and various Excel spreadsheets. We have developed a dedicated section in the new Eventos service for managing trade fair events, which makes sales and management more automated and frees up more time for content-related work.

Interactive map for online exhibition bookings

Automate exhibition sales with an interactive floor plan booking map. Exhibitors can see available spaces in the exhibition area at a glance and reserve their preferred spot by clicking on the map. The map shows available and booked spaces in real time, and in Eventos’ management system you can also view exhibition sales revenue in real time.

Exhibitor data management portal

After reserving a stand, exhibitors can enter their company and staff details into the Eventos Partner portal. The portal also enables exhibitors to send digital trade fair invitations to their own customer database, place additional orders related to their stand, and manage hospitality offered to their clients in a modern way using mobile tickets.

Keep exhibitor information up to date

Publish a list of exhibitors on the event website and in the Eventos event app. The information is updated automatically after changes made in the portal, so you don’t have to worry about anything. Eventos App offers exhibitors three different visibility packages, and as an option, it is also possible to enable personal meeting booking at the exhibition stand.

More leads from trade fairs

Have you already tried lead scanning? Our service, which has received a lot of positive feedback from customers, works by scanning the QR code on participant badges with your own mobile phone. Offer exhibitors a modern tool for collecting data at their stands and ensure their satisfaction. By using our service, you can also ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with the current General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
